In downtown Kittanning, Pennsylvania, a ridiculous postmodern Family Dollar sign has a tall gabled dormer "window" of beige plastic, overlaid by a grid of "muntins."

Visitors to Kittanning mock the sign as a "shrine" to Family Dollar. The local people mostly do not notice it nor think about it.

This is an example of not every idea needing to be expensive when people are trying to think of projects.

This Family Dollar sometimes sells brands of snackfoods I've never even heard of!, but sometimes there are dusty- or gritty-feeling water spots on the packaging.
